The Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) is pleased to inform that approximately 700 Federal Procuring Agencies and 8,400 Vendors have successfully registered on EPADS Version 2.0. Furthermore, more than 600 officers from various Ministries and Divisions have been trained as Master Trainers for effective utilization of the system. This progress reflects the continued support and cooperation of Ministries/Divisions and their attached organizations.
However, it has been observed that some Procuring Agencies are facing delays in opening accounts on EPADS Version 2.0 mainly due to the following reasons:
- Submission of incomplete information on the prescribed Account Opening Forms.
- Providing identical information for both the Head of Department/Organization and the Procuring Agency, whereas the system allows only one account against a single CNIC, official email ID, and mobile number.
- Submission of forms only for the Procuring Agency, while EPADS accounts are opened hierarchically, requiring information of the Head of Department/Organization or the next higher office.
- Provision of personal email IDs, which is contrary to Government instructions. Where official email domains are unavailable, agencies may create designation-based email IDs (e.g., deputydirector.ppra@gmail.com).
To facilitate timely processing and avoid delays, Ministries/Divisions/Departments are requested to designate a Focal Person to coordinate with PMU–EPADS, PPRA for the account opening process. This measure will help streamline coordination and ensure prompt resolution of related matters.

For registration on new PPRA website, Procuring Agencies without a User ID must submit the Procuring Agencies USER ID Form to webhelp@ppra.gov.pk to ensure compliance and uninterrupted publishing.
