EPADS services may be degraded during the international submarine internet cable maintenance which is scheduled from May 11th to May 18th, 2026. The procuring agencies and vendors are requested to plan their activities accordingly.

This is to clarify that all procuring agencies are bound to publish their procurement publications and evaluation reports on PPRA's official website (EPMS), in compliance with PPRA Rule 12, 2004. The use of EPADS is by no means a substitute for EPMS.

The new PPRA website www.ppra.gov.pk is the official platform for publishing public procurements. To publish, a mandatory new User ID is required.
For registration on new PPRA website, Procuring Agencies without a User ID must submit the Procuring Agencies USER ID Form to webhelp@ppra.gov.pk to ensure compliance and uninterrupted publishing.
